Bakalars Sausage Company, Inc won 3 Gold and 4 Silver medals at the Sausage Quality Competition at IFFA 2010. Over 2500 entries were received in the competition that was open to all sausage companies worldwide.
The winning products had "The best external preparation, appearance color, composition, consistency, aroma, and taste".
